It's been....yeaaaaars since I was in a real life drawing class! It's a completely different ball game drawing from LIFE life than from internet life! Bit of a shaky start but hopefully with some persistence Ill get some skills back!
As an animation artist I have a terrible attention span when it comes to the long poses. After going around and drawing the poses from lots of different angles I resort to drawing the other artists in the room. Is that cheating? :S

lovely stuff! maybe its because the Nude is just nudin while the people drawing are thinking. I have an easier time when the model does some genuine acting instead of just finding the wierdest or stiffest pose.

ReplyDeleteI find life drawing terribly difficult. I also recently started taking a class as well, and it is much different than internet life drawing, much more difficult. And I agree with the attention span! HAHA!
